Maximising you physical performance whether for sports, recreation or for personal satisfaction is more than just adding in a strength training programme. The fundamental basis of developing athleticism begins by understanding the demands of the sport, the position or event within the sport, the movement patterns involved and your personal capabilities and aspirations.
We initiate the process by using a series of functional movement screens that assess your current abilities. Subsequently we develop a training programme with you in an open and honest manner to ensure we set realistic goals and time frames.
Following this we can then prescribe a variety of functional movements specifically designed to enhance your abilities and combine this with an appropriate strength and conditioning programme to promote physiological adaptations that reflect high levels of performance of your sport.
